Old Wellensian London Reunion

Organised by the Wellensian Association, in particular Sam Bunting (OW 1998), the annual Black Tie Dinner at the RAF Club in London drew a good crowd despite wind, rain, ice and snow.  While some could not attend - snowed in from one end of the country to the other, many did, and a mini van of school staff journeyed up the M3 to join the party.  Those attending met with Elizabeth Cairncross, Nigel Walkey, Ray Robbetts and other friendly faces from the school as well as friends and fellow Old Wellensians.  The new book about the school was available for purchase; plans of proposed buildings were on display and the toast was, as always, "Wells Cathedral School."
