Our events this year are:

 

London Dinner Friday 4th February 2011

A splendid black tie occasion was held at the RAF Club in Piccadilly

 

London Social Thursday 5th May 2011

A good crowd of OWs, favourite WCS staff and a free drink! A very enjoyable meet.

 

Annual General Meeting Saturday 2nd July 2011

Was held in The Wellensian Room at School. Minutes available from the Secretary.

 

Wells Dinner Saturday 2nd July 2011

We enjoyed the magic of Wells at a dinner in the pavillion on Cedars Lawn. Many thanks to Joy Hawes, the Association's Wells Events Organiser, for running this event.

 

OWs vs WCS Cricket Match Sunday 3rd July 2011

Held on Cedars Field. The School won!

 

Welcome for New Wellensians Sunday 3rd July 2011

2011 WCS leavers joined us in School at 7.4 WCS Foundation5pm to 8.45pm to be welcomed as life members of the Association.

 

London Social Thursday 8th September 2011

This event, organised jointly with WCS Foundation was held at the Lamb & Flag, Covent garden. Great to see so many folks down from Wells to meet OWs.

Sydney Dinner Friday 2nd December 2011 at 7pm

This promises  to be a splendid occasion at the Ottoman Restaurant, Pier 2/13, Hickson Road, Dawes Point, Sydney NSW 2000

The menu will be a Bosphorus menu with tasting plates - four entrees, three mains and a desert. The cost is $80 per person which includes a $20 towards beverages. Payment on the night at the restaurant (if you had cash it will make it easier for the restaurant).

So far we have 14 starters (as in Old Wellies, not entrees) so it should be a magical night!
